Refund Policy

All payments made for courses, subscriptions, or other services on Shiksha IAS are non-refundable once access has been granted. Refund requests will only be considered in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors during payment, provided valid proof is shared. In such cases, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification. Students are advised to carefully review the course details, syllabus, and demo materials before making any purchase. Shiksha IAS reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
